Nicole is getting married!!!!

And I am so, so, so, so happy for both of them. [smile]

I had the privilege of taking their engagement portraits earlier this month, and had a blast hanging out with them, as always. Not only do they positively adore each other, but they sure know how to make each other laugh as well! What a fun couple to be around!

Sam & Nicole -- I pray that you always keep Christ the center of your relationship and may you never, ever lose the wonder of loving and being in love!!

What if how beautiful we were depended not upon the shape of our face or on our weight -- but how much love was in our heart? Would we be beautiful?

Is it Saturday yet?

I've been asking that question all week as Dan has been at a school conference in Oklahoma-- for the whole week!

I've definitely had things keeping me busy in hopes of helping time pass (like taking a trip back to Nebraska for a few days...a fabulous engagement photo shoot with my cousin and bachelorette party to celebrate the upcoming wedding...very successful shopping trips...playing with my nieces and nephew...putting my newly remodeled kitchen back together...etc...)

...but I miss him like c.r.a.z.y.

And now it is finally Saturday! He arrives home tonight! Hooray!

I love that man.

And he loves me.
