Q &A: Confession time

I have received a host of questions over the last few months, all asking for a certain espresso fudge recipe and I apologize that it has taken me so long to respond.


The recipe you ask? It goes like this:

First, one must have a sister with whom you share similar tastes. In this instance, you both must love all things pertaining to cappuccino, coffee, and chocolate.

Secondly: The sister goes traveling in Ohio.

The said sister visits a chocolate shop in Ohio.

While there -- with all the amazing sights, smells, and smiles that a chocolate shop brings -- the sister sees something that combines chocolate, coffee, and fudge.

The sister sees THE espresso fudge and knows she would enjoy it with a person who has similar tastes. (This is where the first step is VERY important. You gotta' be that special person to make this work...)

to the very last slice.

Can't wait till the next time said sister travels to Ohio and Virginia again. [smile]

Lack of posting

My blog has been very quiet lately...and though I have a host of pictures and things I hope to post, my computer was recently attacked by a virus and is completely unusable. Thus, getting online to upload pictures ends up being very sporadic and my blogging even more so. I am planning to get a post up every now and then (hopefully they won't be as boring as this post!) all the while hoping to resolve things quickly.

Good times.

This past weekend Dan and I had the opportunity to visit Justin and Alicia -- what a delightful time! It was such a blessing and I was so refreshed by the time we were able to spend together. Being newly married, I was especially blessed by Alicia's sweet conversations and example. We had fun swapping recipes and comparing notes on managing time, being a homemaker, relationships, and of the changes that come with different seasons of life.
