Where I can post my thoughts, my photographs, and what the Lord is teaching me. May it be a blessing to you, and help you meditate on that which is pure and lovely. "Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy -- meditate on these things." Philippians 4:8

Amen
Oh, why AMEN indeed, a million times over! :)
Tomorrow is gone, time took it away; Yesterday holds no promises, but I have today!
Great Quote! Best I have heard in awhile.
Love the "country" shot, makes me feel like I am visiting my friends in Amish country.

Neat quote :)
I have a book of Elisabeth Elliott's on my (enormous!) "to-read" pile called A Slow and Certain Light. Have you read it?
By the way, if you get a chance, tell Hannah I got her letter on Saturday and sent her a reply today! :) I was really excited to get it. :)
Thanks for the quote Bethany! You always have such encouraging posts....I love stopping by!:) Looking forward to seeing you and your family this weekend!

Thank you for sharing this convicting quote, Bethany!
As I read it, this verse came to mind: "Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time because the days are evil." (Ephesians 5:16)
May we make the most of every moment.

Hi, Bethany! It was a blessing to see your comment today - thanks so much! I'm so glad you like my pictures - it's a toss up - photography or playing the piano - that's a tuffy! vbs
It was quite an adjustment to go from long to short hair, but I was really prepared in my mind, and so was my husband, so it's been easier because of that. *grin*
Thank you for the lovely post today - birdhouses in the sunset - very pretty. And Elizabeth Elliott is one of my favorite authors - the quote fits perfect for me today!
God bless you!
Chrissie
